We're a small team of Canadian researchers and writers who got tired of marketing pages pretending to be reviews. So we built the site we wished existed: honest, detailed write-ups of the banks, carriers, insurers, and retailers Canadians actually deal with.
CanadianReviews.ca started in 2023 after one too many frustrating hours spent comparing wireless plans across a dozen browser tabs, none of which agreed with each other and most of which turned out to be paid placements. We figured there had to be a better way to help people make decisions about the companies they trust with their money, their data, and their day-to-day lives.
Today, our editorial team reviews Canadian companies across banking, telecom, insurance, retail, and travel. We open real accounts, file real claims where we can, and track our experience over weeks — not just a single sign-up flow — before publishing a verdict.
